Christopher H. Crabtree, DPM
Dr. Crabtree was born in Lorain, OH and grew up in Greensboro, NC. He received his B.A. degree magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received his D.P.M. degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine before completing a residency in Podiatric Medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and a residency in Podiatric Surgery at Baptist Hospital in Memphis TN. Dr. Crabtree is a Diplomat of the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Catherine A. Paukovitz, DPM
Dr. Paukovitz was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and grew up in Wyoming, PA. She received her B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University. She completed a residency at the Medical Center in Beaver, PA.
